National Dentex Labs (NDX) has announced the appointment of Paul Kahn as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Kahn previously served as the organization’s Chief Operating, Transformation & Financial Officer and succeeds Kevin Mosher in the role.
Kahn joined NDX in May 2025 and has been involved in efforts to align the company’s financial and operational structures. His work has included initiatives focused on expanding the organization’s digital capabilities, including laboratory workflows and technologies used in prosthetic dentistry.
NDX operates a network of dental laboratories across North America that provide prosthetic and restorative solutions to dental practices. According to the company, ongoing operational initiatives aim to integrate traditional laboratory processes with newer digital production methods used in restorative and prosthetic workflows.

Kahn brings experience in operational management and organizational transformation. Prior to joining NDX, he held leadership roles at several companies, including The Key, Triller, Warner Chappell Music, and Viacom.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and earned his undergraduate degree from the Binghamton University School of Management. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Kahn serves on several boards of directors, where he provides guidance on organizational development and financial strategy.
