Forward Science has promoted Ellen Myers, RDH, BS, to vice president of clinical affairs. In this expanded leadership role, Myers will continue guiding clinical strategy, education initiatives, and partnerships, with a focus on improving patient outcomes through solutions designed to elevate standards of care.

Myers earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry and worked chairside for more than a decade in the Houston and Dallas metropolitan areas. Since joining Forward Science, she has helped develop and deliver clinical education programs focused on integrating non-drug solutions into daily practice, according to the company.
In her role, Myers leads a team of clinical professionals and mentors team members across leadership, education, and business strategy. According to the company, she also collaborates with dental support organizations including Aspen Dental, Sage Dental, and Heartland Dental to develop programs that position clinicians in roles involving influence, visibility, and decision-making authority.
