Dentsply Sirona has announced updates with Benco Dental and Patterson Dental that affect how dental technology solutions will be made available to U.S. practices. The announcements describe expanded and renewed distribution arrangements focused on connected dentistry tools, including imaging, scanning, and chairside systems.
Benco Dental will begin offering Dentsply Sirona’s full portfolio of dental technology solutions in addition to the consumables it has distributed for decades. The expanded partnership includes access to systems such as CEREC and CEREC blocks, Primescan and Primescan 2 intraoral scanners, and Axeos and Orthophos imaging systems. Dentsply Sirona and Benco Dental stated that the collaboration is intended to support an integrated ecosystem that connects devices, software, and workflows from scanning through manufacturing.

Benco Dental also plans to create dedicated Dentsply Sirona showroom experiences within its CenterPoint locations near Los Angeles, Dallas, and between New York City and Philadelphia. These spaces will allow dental professionals to explore and test equipment and plan installations with on-site design studios.

Separately, Patterson Dental announced the renewal of its U.S. dental technology distribution agreement with Dentsply Sirona. According to the companies, the renewed arrangement continues a decades-long relationship and maintains access for Patterson Dental customers to Dentsply Sirona’s technology portfolio, including CEREC systems, Primescan intraoral scanners, and Axeos and Orthophos imaging systems. The companies stated that the agreement is focused on supporting dental professionals as connected dentistry adoption continues.
