Dentsply Sirona has announced the appointment of Aldo M. Denti as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective October 6, 2025. This move aims to further integrate the company’s Global Business Units with its Commercial Organizations, reflecting an ongoing effort to simplify operations and enhance customer alignment.
Mr. Denti brings more than 25 years of global experience in the medical device and consumer health sectors, with leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Dentsply Sirona, he served as Company Group Chairman, Global Orthopedics, at Johnson & Johnson Medtech.

Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Mr. Denti held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including his most recent position leading Global Orthopedics. He also served as Vice President Global Franchise of Johnson & Johnson Vision. His earlier career included various leadership roles across the EMEA region and prior experience with companies such as Pfizer, Medtronic, and Wright Medical in both European and U.S. markets. Mr. Denti holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from York University in Toronto, Canada, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School. He is fluent in six languages.
