Dental hygienist and educator Amber Auger, MPH, RDH, will host Thrive Chairside: Science-Based Periodontal Protocols on October 2 and 3, 2025, in Boston, Massachusetts. According to event organizers, the summit is designed to provide practical periodontal workflows that can be implemented within a standard 60-minute patient visit.
Training will include guidance on treatment sequencing, scheduling and coding clarity, and the creation of systems that can be scaled throughout the dental practice. According to Amber Auger, “This summit is intended for clinicians who want to simplify decision-making and create consistency of care across the entire team. Lessons learned during this program will be ready to implement upon returning to the office on Monday.”
According to event organizers, the summit will offer step-by-step case examples, calibrated communication strategies for the dental team, and approaches to presenting treatment plans in patient-friendly language. Attendees will receive a printed manual that can be used in clinical settings.
