Archy, a company developing dental software, has announced Archy Intelligence™, a set of artificial intelligence tools intended to address operational challenges within dental practices.
The company describes Archy Intelligence™ as a group of AI-driven agents designed to assist with common administrative tasks such as staffing support, billing, insurance verification, and data reporting. These features are being developed and tested in dental offices, with feedback from users informing further development.
“We're not just building software, we're building teammates,” said Jonathan Rat, CEO and founder of Archy. “The question we ask every day is simple: what would it look like if your dental software actually worked for you?”
The AI agents under the Archy Intelligence™ banner include: Archy Insight – offers data analysis tools; Archy Revenue – focuses on billing and collections; Archy Verify – aims to streamline insurance verification; Archy Scribe – designed to assist with real-time charting; and Archy Connect – supports patient communications and scheduling.
In addition, Archy has introduced a feature called "Ask Archy," a conversational AI tool intended to let dental teams query business data without needing to generate traditional reports. According to the company, the tool is designed to allow questions such as, “What was our hygiene production last month?” or “How many cancelations did we have last week?”
“At Uber and Meta, decisions were driven by data. That same level of intelligence should be available to every dental office, not just the big DSOs,” said Rat. “Ask Archy brings that power directly to every team.”
The company positions itself as focused on the needs of dental practices rather than insurance payers. Rat noted, “We’re not building for the people who cut checks. We’re building for the people who care for patients.”
Dr. Glenn Vo, a practicing dentist and founder of Nifty Thrifty Dentists, said, “Archy is what dental software should’ve been all along. It feels like we finally have a system built for us.”
Archy says additional AI features and automation tools are in development.
