Henry Schein, a global provider of healthcare products and services to office-based dental and medical professionals, has selected IFS Cloud to help standardize its dental field operations across several countries. The initiative will begin in key European and North American markets.
The company will implement several components of IFS Cloud, including Mobile Workforce Management, Planning and Scheduling Optimization, and Field Service Management. The project aims to create a consistent approach to managing field technician services by consolidating different systems and processes into a unified international framework.
According to Henry Schein, the move is intended to support continued growth and improve service delivery by replacing unsupported or fragmented on-premise systems with a cloud-based platform. The company anticipates improved data consistency and more efficient operations as a result.
To support the transition, Henry Schein is also using IFS Success, a service intended to assist with adoption and ongoing use of the platform.

IFS will work with Henry Schein’s internal teams to implement and support the solution globally.
