The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) has unveiled the recipients of its 2025 ADSO Awards and introduced the third class of inductees to its Hall of Leaders. The honors were announced at the 2025 ADSO Summit, held recently in San Diego, California.
The ADSO Awards honor professionals and organizations that have demonstrated significant leadership, growth, innovation, and service within the ADSO and the broader dental support organization (DSO) industry. Meanwhile, the Hall of Leaders recognizes individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the advancement of both the ADSO and the DSO sector.
The winners of the 2025 ADSO Awards are as follows:
- Dr. Arwinder Judge, chief clinical officer of Aspen Dental, received the President’s Award. This award recognizes an ADSO member for exceptional service through active engagement in leadership roles within the association.
- Westwind Integrated Health received the ADSO Service Award. This award is given to member companies that have demonstrated excellence in service, corporate responsibility, and societal contributions over the past year.
- Sunbit and Planet DDS received the ADSO Innovation Award. This award recognizes industry partners who have driven innovation, advancing technologies and systems that improve quality and elevate the profession.
- Dental365 received the ADSO Emerging Award. This is awarded to a member DSO that has shown significant innovation, growth, or has emerged as a new leader in the industry.
The following make up the 2025 class of inductees to the ADSO Hall of Leaders:
- Dr. Sulman Ahmed, founder, chairman, and CEO of DECA Dental Group
- Brian Colao, director of the DSO Industry Group at Dykema
